Our surgeons participate in most health plans. We will
try to make your appointment convenient and In order to see you in a timely manner, you need to bring the proper authorization documents that your particular insurance plan may require from your primary care physician. This includes your insurance card.
Please bring any relevant x-rays or other studies that
you may have already had in the investigation of your problem. You may
request the films from the facility where these studies were performed.
Your surgeon will want to review the x-rays, not only to confirm the
diagnosis to but ensure that the technique and views taken were
appropriate in the workup of your problem. Our surgeons are available 24 hours a day. After hours, you may call the doctors for emergencies in situations such as those involving pain, bleeding, inability to void, or fever; or you may proceed to your nearest Emergency Room. For your safety, we will refill prescriptions only during office hours, when your medical records are available for review.
